Monticello, NY – Sullivan County Manager Josh Potosek warmly invites all to stop by the lobby of the Government Center throughout December for holiday music and songs offered by the bands and choral groups of local high schools.
Beginning December 8, the noontime concerts will, as always, be free and open to the public.
“Everyone looks forward to these holiday music events each year, and I want to thank our local school districts for continuing to provide the sounds of the season,” says Potosek. “The concerts are a pleasure to hear and watch, showcasing the talents of our young people and demonstrating the valuable skills they are learning in school.”
All performances begin at noon in the Government Center, 100 North Street, Monticello:

• December 11 – Nesin Cultural Arts’ The Treble Makers
• December 12 – Liberty Middle School Jazz Band
• December 13 – Monticello High School Chamber Music Ensemble
• December 14 – Liberty High School Band
• December 15 – Liberty High School Mixed Orchestra
• December 18 – Livingston Manor Band & Chorus
• December 20 – Liberty Honors Chorus
• December 21 – Roscoe Central School Band & Choir
