This Thursday November 21, Celebrates the American Cancer Society's, "Great American Smoke Out" initiative. Public Health Services encourages and supports those who smoke to; "Take A Break" from smoking. During the week "Exchange Boxes" can be found at the entrances of the Sullivan County Government buildings, (both campuses).We encourage smokers to exchange their smokes or vapes for a stress ball, Quit kit or another item you may find within the box to help with cessation on the next cigarette break. Perhaps smokers will try to quit Cold Turkey!
