Monticello, NY – A public meeting will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. in the Sullivan County Government Center’s Legislative Hearing Room, 100 North Street, Monticello, NY, in compliance with NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Phase II stormwater regulations.
The meeting is to solicit public comment on the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Annual Report prepared by the Sullivan County Division of Public Works for General Permit GP-0-15-003 issued by the DEC. Available for review at the Public Works Office in the Government Center, the report is required for a small portion of property along County Routes 64 and 65 in the Town of Mamakating.
