Callicoon, NY – Join Sullivan County’s Division of Planning and partners at Callicoon Riverside Park one last time this summer for the Catskill Regional Invasive Species Program (CRISP)!
A program of The Catskill Center for Conservation and Development, CRISP helps restore and protect native environments and is turning its attention to Callicoon’s former Upper Delaware Campgrounds, which Sullivan County is developing into its newest park.
On Saturday, August 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., CRISP will show volunteers and visitors how to identify and report invasive species, then properly remove them throughout the park. This is the fourth in a four-part series of such events at the park.
Please register to ensure enough tools are available: https://www.catskillinvasives.com/events. Contact coordinator Kate Cooper with any questions at volunteer@catskillcenter.org.
