Freedom of Information Law (FOIL)

Requests under the Freedom of Information Law must be submited to the Sullivan County FOIL Officer via written request.  Fax and e-mail are both acceptable formats by which to submit your request.  A "FOIL Request Form" has been provided to you on this page, however, use of this form is not required.
