Conaty said: “I want to commend the New York State Police Troopers and Investigators involved in this case. The New York State Police did an excellent job in exhausting every lawful investigative technique available to them to take these deadly drugs off of the street. The arrest and prosecution of these defendants prevented the overdose and potential deaths of countless lives of loved ones within Sullivan County and the greater New York State. I remain committed to aggressively pursuing harsh sentences against those who possess fentanyl in an effort to deter its proliferation in this county.”
