During the years 2008-2010, the towns of Bethel, Callicoon, Delaware and Liberty developed and adopted agriculture and farmland protection plans to protect, promote and diversify agriculture in their towns. This work was made possible by a grant from the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets, and was facilitated by the Sullivan County Division of Planning and Environmental Management.
